In this class you will learn various striking techniques found in traditional kickboxing and combine this with body weight movements (such as pushups and squats), and dumbbells to get a full body workout that sheds fat and kickstarts fitness. Lunch Crunch/Open Circuit
"Crunched" for time during your busy day? Take a quick lunch break! This class is an intense 30 minute workout designed to burn the most calories while giving you that extra kick you need to get through the work day. This class incorporates various forms of body weight training, weight training, and cardio training to give you a total body burn. Led by Kent Brown, this group training session mimics a personal training session where you will be pushed to give it your all through every repetition and set.
